Dr. Brewster and team completed a study of how cross-sector alignment infrastructure was used and adapted in response to the pandemic, focusing on the CommunityConnect social needs case management program of Contra Costa County, California. The research team used qualitative methods to document how alignment infrastructure supported resilience, and quantitative analyses to track impacts on patients.
