Our Co-Director, Hector P, Rodriguez, PhD was among 85 domestic and 10 international candidates to be elected to the 2019 National Academy of Medicine.
Nomination to the National Academy of Medicine is considered to be one of the highest honors in the field of health and medicine. Professor Rodriguez was nominated “for integrating organization science theories and methods to assess the impact of health care teams and primary care re-organization on patient engagement, patient experience of care, and outcomes particularly for vulnerable populations.”
