Members of CHOIR recently published two paper’s in Medical Care’s June 2020 issue. CHOIR’s devotion to researching innovative ways to improve patient care is apparent in “The Early Impact of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services State Innovation Models Initiative on 30-Day Hospital Readmission Among Adults With Diabetes.”
