Vanessa is a third year student in the organizations and management track of the Health Policy doctoral program. She received her undergraduate degree in English from Dartmouth College and went on to earn an MPH from The Dartmouth Institute. She also holds a Master of Biomedical Science degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. She has previously worked as a health policy analyst for the New America Foundation and has experience as a project administrator with community-based health organizations in Vermont and Massachusetts. Her research interests principally concern the motivation, composition and clinical implications of physician practice and health system participation in quality improvement collaboratives.
